To become a Droppz vendor, you need to sign up on our website and complete the vendor application process. This includes providing your business information and agreeing to our terms and conditions. For state-licensed cannabis businesses, you will be able to enter your Metrc API and select your license number for additional authentication.

Once an order is placed, your staff driver will use the Dropperz app to deliver the items from your location and deliver them to the customer, maintaining compliance and state reporting. Track the delivery status through the vendor portal and maintain the necessary delivery records.

You can manage your inventory directly through the Droppz Vendor Portal. This includes syncing with Metrc to recreate your POS menu, adding discounts, setting up promotions, and more. Menu setup is mostly a one-time process; once your products are mapped and categorized, ongoing updates are minimal.

Partnering with Droppz allows you to reach a wider direct customer base, increase your sales, and offer convenient pick-up and delivery options to your customers. We also provide marketing tools, support, and analytics to help grow your business.

There is no fee for vendors to sign up for Droppz. Droppz only charges a service fee if a user on the app purchases a product via cashless pickup or delivery. This service fee is separate from the consumer's purchase from the retailer. For cashless orders, there is a processing fee associated with the order, but it can be offset with our menu pricing increase feature.

Yes, you can create and manage promotions through the vendor portal. These promotions will only be available to customers on the Droppz app and applied at the retailer's order details screen.

To enable Cashless Pick-Up with Droppz under the Basic Package, you’ll need to complete a few steps. First, log in to your Vendor Portal and select Pick-Up under Additional Services. Next, fill out the AeroPay application and enter your AeroPay Merchant Key to activate cashless payments. To ensure a smooth experience, all cashless pick-up orders must be pre-packed and ready when the customer arrives at the pick-up window.

We require all cashless pick-up orders to be pre-packed and ready upon customer arrival because Droppz uses pre-authorized payments to guarantee each order. This means funds are held once the order is placed, and fulfillment notifications are triggered by advancing the order through its pick-up stages. By default, retailers are given 15 minutes to verify and prepare the order, while the customer’s ETA is calculated using Google Maps routing and live traffic data, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both parties.

You will continue to handle returns the same way you do now. If an issue arises due to the Droppz app, such as a technical error affecting the order, we’ll take responsibility and support the resolution. If a customer wants to return an item or has a product complaint, they will be required to reach out to the retailer. However, regardless of the issues, our team will work directly with you and the customer to help resolve the issues quickly and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
