Do you have an iOS and Android App?

Yes. You can take advantage of both an iOS and an Android app to explore products, place orders, and choose from our secure cashless payment option for pick-up, delivery, and shipping where available.
Does Droppz offer shipping for products in the app?

Yes. Shipping is available for accessories, seeds, and hemp CBD products. Product availability varies by type and your state’s regulations. Adult-use and medical cannabis cannot be shipped to any state under current laws.
Can you make purchases through Droppz?

Yes. Droppz offers secure cashless payments and supports in-store cash transactions in states where cannabis is legal. Droppz provides flexible ways to pay for adult-use cannabis, hemp, and accessories directly through the iOS and Android apps. Availability of certain payment methods may vary based on retailers and local regulations.
My state doesn't offer legal cannabis sales.

What products are available in my state?

Droppz uses a sophisticated algorithm based on your location to provide you with all of the products available to you in your state. Droppz works diligently to comply with state regulations and regulators to keep you up to date with the latest available cannabis, accessories, seeds, and hemp products in your state.
Does Droppz have an in-app chat?

Yes, for customer support and communication with drivers. Your order details will have a chat with driver button that will open in a chat window for quick communication with your delivery driver. If you need support or have questions open the support chat window to get your issues resolved.
Why doesn't my retailer offer delivery

If you don’t see a delivery option from a cannabis retailer, it may be because they haven’t registered for delivery through Droppz. Availability also depends on state regulations and retailer participation. We’re actively working to expand delivery coverage for our retailers. Check back soon, or choose pickup if available.
Why don't I see a cashless option for my retailer?

If a retailer doesn’t offer cashless payments for in-store pickup and/or delivery, it may be due to local regulations, business preferences, or because they haven’t activated those options within Droppz yet. We’re working with more retailers to expand available features. Check back soon or explore other nearby options.
Where are all the images for products?

If you don’t see images for certain products, it’s likely because the retailer hasn’t uploaded them yet or the images are still being processed in our system. We’re continuously working with retailers to improve product listings and visuals, so image availability may update soon.
