How do I get started?
Sign up
When you sign up, you’ll be asked to select your preferred delivery area. We’ll use the zip code you provide during sign-up to set your primary service neighborhood. This ensures you opportunities close to where you want to work.
Get listed
Once your application is live, you’ll be able to check its status anytime in your account. You’ll also be added to a list of qualified drivers that licensed retailers in your area can review when they’re looking to bring on additional delivery drivers.
Get hired
If a retailer in your area is looking for a driver, you’ll be contacted and, at that time, required to complete a background check. If hired, you’ll receive the state-mandated delivery training to ensure you understand and follow all regulations before making your first delivery.

After your first drop, you’ll receive a Dropperz Activation Kit with essentials like an insulated delivery bag, and other items to assist with order handling and safety for your deliveries.

Do you have an iOS and Android App?Yes. You can take advantage of both an iOS and an Android app to explore products, place orders, and choose from our secure cashless payment option for pick-up, delivery, and shipping where available.

Does Droppz offer shipping for products in the app?Yes. Shipping is available for accessories, seeds, and hemp CBD products. Product availability varies by type and your state’s regulations. Adult-use and medical cannabis cannot be shipped to any state under current laws.

Does Droppz have an in-app chat?Yes, for customer support and communication with drivers. Your order details will have a chat with driver button that will open in a chat window for quick communication with your delivery driver. If you need support or have questions open the support chat window to get your issues resolved.

Why doesn't my retailer offer deliveryIf you don’t see a delivery option from a cannabis retailer, it may be because they haven’t registered for delivery through Droppz. Availability also depends on state regulations and retailer participation. We’re actively working to expand delivery coverage for our retailers. Check back soon, or choose pickup if available.

Why don't I see a cashless option for my retailer?If a retailer doesn’t offer cashless payments for in-store pickup and/or delivery, it may be due to local regulations, business preferences, or because they haven’t activated those options within Droppz yet. Where are all the images for products?If you don’t see images for certain products, it’s likely because the retailer hasn’t uploaded them yet or the images are still being processed in our system.
