If you're looking to set up your Droppz account, here’s a general outline of how to do it:

Once you have the app installed on your phone. 
Open the Droppz App
Select:
New here? Create an account
Fill in the necessary information:

  1. Full Name

  2. Email

  3. Phone Number

  4. Password

  5. Confirm Password

  6. Date of Birth

  7. Your address
     

Note: Check your email inbox or spam for our 2FA registration email.

Sign back in and complete registering.

  1. Profile Picture (optional)

  2. Medical cannabis ID Number (optional) 

  3. Government Issued ID front (for age verification only)

  4. Government Issued ID back


Please Note: ID scanning is used solely to verify your age and ensure that only individuals 21+ can access and use the Droppz platform. Other than your date of birth, Droppz does not store, save, or retain any personal information collected during the ID scanning process.

For all online orders, your name and date of birth are required to remain compliant with state regulations. For delivery orders, an ID scan is required with every order to meet state compliance requirements.
