
Adding Drivers to your Portal
Vendors can now add employees directly to the Drivers page and manage important driver details, such as documents and status, right from within the portal. This feature helps ensure all driver records are accurate and up-to-date for delivery compliance and record-keeping purposes.
By managing drivers in one place, you’ll minimize delivery input times and optimize store efficiency, keeping your operations running smoothly. Keep your team compliant, organized, and ready to deliver.

If you are on the Free Package, you will only have access to pickup information, and the only available payment method will be cash. Packing notifications and estimated pickup times are not provided to the end customer under the Free Package.

If you've signed up for the Basic Package, you will have access to pickup and delivery information, as well as the cashless ACH payment option. To enable cashless transactions, you will need an AeroPay account.
Adding your delivery team to Droppz is fast and easy. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your Droppz Vendor Portal.
Go to “Drivers” in the left-hand menu.
Click “Add Driver”.
Enter the driver’s:
Name
Phone number
Email address
Enter the driver's details;
Make, Model
Drivers License
A temporary username and temporary password (they can change it later) will be emailed to the email address.
Click “Save” – and you're done!
Your driver will now receive a welcome email with instructions to log in to the Droppz Drivers App and start accepting delivery orders.
Tip: Make sure your drivers download the Dropperz App “Droppz Drivers” app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
