Correcting Categories and Adding Multiple Sub-categories

Keeping your product categories organized helps customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Here’s how to fix any incorrect categories and easily add multiple sub-categories to your products in just a few steps.

Step 1
Review items that may need corrections. For example:

  • Map Cartridges to AIO Pens if the product is an all-in-one device and not a cartridge.
    Map an Edible to FSO if the product is a full spectrum RSO syringe type product.

 
Step 2
Select your Sub-Categories (choose all that apply).
If you have multiple products selected, the chosen sub-categories will apply to all selected items.
 
Step 3
Make sure the correct Brand for the product(s) is assigned and Save.
 
Step 4
Update product names so they look clean and consistent.
This can be done at any step—just remember to save your changes.

Update product images so they look clean and consistent. This can be done at any step—just remember to save your changes.

Recommended Product Naming Format
Product Name → Weight → Type → Sub-Brand → Brand
