Menu Mapping Wizard
Product mapping from METRC is mostly automated and currently in its learning phase. While the system continues to improve, some items may still require manual assistance to correctly align with Droppz Platform Categories and your menu pricing.
Step 1 - Map the items on tab 1 under PRODUCTS > MAPPING WIZARD.
Step 2 - Map the items on tab 2. (if any)
Step 3 - Map the items on tab 3. (if any)
You can now manually match any imported products that weren’t automatically categorized using the Droppz Mapping Wizard.
To get started, go to: PRODUCTS > MAPPING WIZARD
Tab Options:
Product Mapping – Priority 1 (Wholesale Items Over $1):

Use the wizard to assign each item to the appropriate Droppz category.
This step ensures your menu is accurately filtered and displayed on the Droppz platform, making it easier for customers to browse and shop your products.
Product Mapping – Priority 2 (Wholesale Items No Value):
This tab includes wholesale items with no listed value, often moved from back-of-house inventory for vertically integrated retailers.
You can:

Map them to the appropriate Droppz category

Update the store price

Hide items you do not wish to list
Product Mapping – Priority 3 (Wholesale Items Under $1):
This tab contains wholesale items priced under $1, which may or may not include sample products that were transferred through METRC and not marked as sample.
You can:

If you’ve signed up for the Basic Package, you’ll have access to pickup and delivery services, along with the option to offer cashless payments through ACH. To activate cashless transactions, you’ll need to create and connect an AeroPay account.

Through our partnership, you’ll avoid one-time setup fees and ongoing monthly service charges. You only pay when the service is used, just a 2.5% processing fee plus $0.25 per transaction.
