If you are on the Free Package, no orders will be displayed, as order information is not provided for in-store cash pickup orders. Packing notifications and estimated pickup times are also not available to customers for in-store cash transactions.

If you've signed up for the Basic Package, you will have access to pickup and delivery information for cashless transactions from customers in-app. To enable cashless transactions, you will need an AeroPay account.
Processing Delivery Orders
Efficient order processing ensures customers receive their deliveries accurately and on time. This section walks you through each step — from receiving new orders to confirming delivery completion. Learn how to manage order status updates, assign drivers, and maintain real-time visibility across your delivery operations.

Quickly review incoming orders, verify items, and confirm payment details before assigning them to available drivers. Once verified, send the order to a driver for dispatch and track its progress in real time through the delivery dashboard.
How to Confirm an Online Order and Prepare For Delivery

Look for Payment Type "Cashless" for in-app payments for Delivery.

Under Orders from your dashboard select view details for the order you want to view.

View the order and customer details screen within the Droppz Order Details Screen.

Open any back end POS station to verify the inventory and select confirm order under the customer Order on Droppz.

Build the order in your POS system as a delivery order, then select Processing Order under the order in Droppz. You don’t need to manage route or driver details — the Droppz platform handles that automatically. Simply ensure a delivery ID number is assigned to the POS order so our system can sync and update it with the required compliant delivery information.

When finished packing move the Droppz order to Ready for pick up.

Label delivery bag with Customer Full Name.

Place order in the delivery driver pickup cabinet/area.
How to Transfer the Delivery Order to an Active Driver

If the driver is onsite and active, you can move from ready to pick up directly to manually assign a driver.

If the driver is in the field when they return to the parking lot they can refresh the screen, and they will see the delivery order that has been placed as ready for pick up. The driver can now assign the order to themselves and complete the delivery order.

Drivers follow in app route directions and instructions on how to complete the delivery order.

Once the order has been delivered and completed you can complete the order from the Droppz portal.
