Product Mapping
Product mapping from METRC is mostly automated for external transfers and currently in its learning phase. While the system continues to improve, some items may still require manual assistance to correctly align with Droppz Platform categories, sub-categories, images, and your menu pricing.
The products shown in the video above were automatically imported through your external transfer and processed under PRODUCTS > MAPPING WIZARD > Priority 1.
Note: There may be a few items in this tab that still require you to manually select the appropriate Droppz Platform Category.
Step 1
Open your Active Products page. Your newest products should appear at the top of the list.
Step 2
If you don’t see any unassigned products, double-check by sorting the list by the Brand column. Look for any active products that are not assigned to a brand.
Step 3
Review items on the tab that may need corrections. For example:

Map Cartridges to AIO Pens if the product is an all-in-one device and not a cartridge.
Step 4
Select your Sub-Categories (choose all that apply).
If you have multiple products selected, the chosen sub-categories will apply to all selected items.
Step 5
Choose the correct Brand for the product(s) and Save.
Step 6
Update product names so they look clean and consistent.
This can be done at any step—just remember to save your changes.
Step 7
Update product images so they look clean and consistent. This can be done at any step—just remember to save your changes.
Recommended Product Naming Format
Product Name → Weight → Type → Sub-Brand → Brand
