Step 1: Browse Retailers and Products

• Select a retailer with the cashless option to view their live menu.

• Browse by category, brand, or featured products.

• Product availability and pricing are updated in real time.
   

Step 2: Add Items to Your Cart

• Tap a product to view details.

• Select quantity and add the item to your cart.

• Continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Step 3: Choose Fulfillment Method (if you haven't chosen yet)

• Select In-Store Cashless Pickup or Delivery (if available).

• Review estimated fulfillment times and any retailer-specific requirements.

Step 4: Review and Confirm Your Order

• Verify items, quantities, pricing, and taxes.

• Confirm your pickup or delivery details.

• Place your order.
  (If this is your second order from a different retailer you will receive a pop up to authorize the order)

Step 5: Enter your OTP to Complete the Payment

• Payment and order details have now been sent to the retailer.

• Look for in-app notification about the progress of your order.

Step 6: Track Order Status

• Receive in-app updates as your order is accepted, prepared, and ready.

• For pickup, head to the store once notified.

• For delivery, monitor status until arrival.
